The dining area is great for all occasions - anywhere from casual to semi formal hangouts. The team here also makes it a point to procure the freshest ingredients. I highly recommend giving it a try! I do want to note that this is not a quick in and out spot, so block off enough time to enjoy your experience here.
Absolutely fabulous meal! Executive Chef Ethan provided wonderful custom made rolls based on our likes and dislikes. We sat inside the box which was a cool ambiance. I don’t remember the names of what we ate, but we had a salmon with aioli sauce that was cooked under a flame and it was too good for words!Highly recommend!!

What a cool and surprising find. We were craving sushi and came across some good reviews on Glass Box. So glad we found it. The omakase was maybe the best sushi experience we’ve ever had. Chef Ethan is a wizard with flavor combinations - his sauces and techniques enhanced every bite. The variety was so good. We had things we would not normally order and they were all amazing. The saba, amaebi, salmon and toro were our favorites. The miso soup was the best we’ve ever had. Can’t say enough good things about the care and skill in preparing our meal. Outstanding!!
Incredible food, amazing cocktails, and super cool atmosphere. This is definitely my new favorite sushi restaurant in San Diego! The prices are honestly fair for the quality of food you are getting. If you are looking for great Asian inspired dishes with a modern twist, this is definitely a place you should check out!
Culinary experience of a lifetime! Had a 5 star meal with phenomenal service! Ethan, Ivan, and Tony were very knowledgeable and the food presentations were as delightful as the taste. Will be retuning soon!
Clean, quick, delicious large portions of BBQ Pork Drunken noodles. The service is very attentive and considerate. The sushi is really good and it's a gorgeous place.
Fantastic place to sit for a meal. Amazing taste in a number of different meals they have to offer. The saki here is Fantastic. I would recommend the Joto Yuzu sake, it's a little expensive but wow the flavor and taste is unique, it's hard to believe its alcoholic. The chefs here really know what they are doing and they have wonderful service.
Love the parking in Sky Deck - made it stress free when hosting an event for my staff at Glass Box. Very good restaurant. Would highly recommend
One of the best sushi spots I've had in San Diego and I have been to quite a few but the freshness of the salmon and tuna was top notch!
Very nice and quick service. They have a good amount of options on the menu and the food tastes pretty good. I ordered Belly of the Pig and it comes with a really good amount of pork, highly recommend. Also tons of parking available in the plaza.
First time here and everything was top notch, from the nice Japanese whiskey selection to some of the best sushi I've had. This is definitely one of the best spots at SkyDeck, cocktails are so good!
